Pineapple Sheet Cake

Ingredients

2 cups flour

2 cups sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon vanilla

2 eggs

1/2 cup crushed pecans

1 ounce 20 can crushed pineapple in syrup

FROSTING:

8 ozs cream cheese softened

1/2 stick butter softened

2 cups powdered sugar

1/2 cup pecans finely chopped

Directions

Mix flour, sugar, salt, soda, vanilla and eggs with a spoon. Add nuts and pineapple with syrup and mix well. Pour batter into jelly roll pan. Bake 25 min utes at 350 degrees.

Mix icing ingredients with electric mixer and spread over the cake when it is hot.
